喜欢 The hotel has a great location, close to all transportation stations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well ventilated. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were helpful, professional, and exceptional kind, especially Mr Shahbaz and Ms Monawara. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Hotel is located on the 17th floor and you need to be fob’d in and contact the reception once there. I walked around for

喜欢 The decorations were very nice and modern, everything look beautiful

不喜欢 The beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable and finding the property was extremely difficult. There weren’t any signs to show where to go!

Good hotel that’s hard to find

   Anna · Russia · 2025年9月25日

喜欢 Good location, high floor, nice view, high ceilings and windows. A lot of light in the room. Comfy bed, a kettle and free water.

不喜欢 Hard to find because they have no sing and lobby, the entrance has a key lock and we had to ask staff to meet us outside.

喜欢 It is offers surprisingly good accommodation on 17th floor with wonderful views

不喜欢 When you arrive at the back of a fairly unsightly block it seems improbable that a decent hotel might be within it but it is worth persevering. The only bad point was that my room was behind the reception and the man on reception spent all night talking loudly on the phone making sleep difficult.

   Great!

喜欢 It looks really good and even kind of fancy. Not easy to find such a stylish place in Dushanbe.

不喜欢 Too difficult to find, I would even say impossible without buying a local SIM card or having internet

Great location, nice room, but poor instructions and bad elevator.

   Nicholas · United Kingdom · 2026年9月21日

喜欢 Well located in central Dushanbe. Great view and nice-sized room with high ceilings. As the secure parking was for cars only, they kindly let me bring my bicycle up to my room.

不喜欢 Being on the 17th floor of a large residential building with just one very slow elevator meant long waits to get in and out (the other elevator wasn’t working and I was told it had been broken for a long time). Arrival instructions were not clear and did not explain that you need to call or message reception on first arrival as the elevator requires a keycard to get to the hotel floor. There was no sign anywhere to indicate which door to use either.

Contact with hotel in advance, otherwise you wont be able to enter the building when you will arrive

    Pilsetniekslv · Latvia · 2025年9月28日

喜欢 The house is overall beautiful. The view from window is good. Wifi was fine.

不喜欢 I arrived to the address at 2AM, I was walking back and forth the street for an hour together with my lugage, and did not find a way to enter. Even found the right building but it is casual apartament building and there is no way to go inside without hotel staff opening the door. Then I went to the main street and stopped a police partrol and asked them for help. They called the hotel and then someone came downstairs and did let us in. It was terrible expierence to be in a new country at 2AM without any internet or phone connection unable to locate hotel. The manager knew the time at what I will arrive as he texted me a few days before visit but he didnt warn that I will have to call them in order to get inside the building. When I checked in, I texted the owner that it is disaster what just happend, he asked did I sucesefully checked in and if yes, then all is fine, why am I complaining. Another thing is room service, after first night they did clean the room, the next day they didn't, I asked why there was no room service, they told me that they forgot to ask my room to be cleaned. Its a nice location with possible potential but the service has to be hugly improved.
