喜欢 It is an intriguing property, which seems older than it is. It is kept clean and is a good place to stay if you don’t want to spend too much money.

   Not bad

喜欢 The room was huge. There were three beds and a balcony. It was quiet and I slept well. The WiFi worked, even on the third floor. The bathroom was also large, and everything worked as it should. The pool and workout room looked clean but I didn’t get to use it. There was one person who spoke English who helped me arrange a taxi for the day I left town. It was close enough to the center, and felt safe to walk. There was a cute Korean cafe nearby with great ramen, and a corner store to pick up snacks.

不喜欢 The staff was very confused. There was difficulty with getting my room when I first arrived. It took an hour of the staff trying to figure it out before I got shown to my room. Later, I received an email from Booking saying my rate had changed from what it was to $20, not sure why. I paid in cash at the property, they don’t accept card.

Great stay for one night 😊

喜欢 Very good hotel with warm and welcoming staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good supply of hot water in the shower. The interior of the building is beautifully designed and artistic. The hotel also has a lovely, spacious front yard.

不喜欢 The building is old. Keep that in mind.

   Mansion-hotel in Dushanbe

   Andrea · Italy · 2026年8月13日

喜欢 Very peculiar noble-house style hotel, not far from the centre of Dushanbe. The room and bathroom were huge and comfortable. Very welcoming staff.

不喜欢 The room was a bit dark.

   Overall, a good budget option

   George · United States · 2026年6月28日

喜欢 Very nice and attentive staff. The building is a bit old, but very attractive and with character. Spacious room, and clean. Bed was comfortable.

不喜欢 Wifi was sometimes good, sometimes not. Probably okay for casual web browsing, but could be a problem at times for working. The room was unfortunately noisy from inside the hotel and out. The doors and locks on the other rooms are quite loud, and the door doesn't block the noise well at all. Also, there is construction happening nearby (as in most parts of Dushanbe), and that noise you can also hear quite clearly. So it's not as peaceful to stay here as it could or should be. Breakfast options didn't look very good, I skipped breakfast here. Location will require you to take a taxi/ride share to most places.
