喜欢 Arranged a pickup from the airport. Sorted changes when UK airspace got messed up. Excellent value for money.

喜欢 Newish hotel on the 13th floor in a great location. Room was large and clean with a big bathroom. Air conditioning was very nice to have in the heat of summer. Staff were friendly and happy to store my bicycle bag whilst away

喜欢 Easy to get around from the hotel/apartment. Staff were nice and helpful. And breakfast was delicious. It’s also close to some sights like the antiquities museum.

Overall, I had a satisfactory stay and a pleasant experience.

喜欢 The reception staff were very approachable and accommodating. Although the hotel is small, it is clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the location is conveniently close to major attractions, shops, and transport links, making it easy to get around.

不喜欢 There was no visible signage for the hotel, and no directions or instructions were sent via WhatsApp, so I had to ask around to find the location. It would be helpful if the hotel included clearer directions on the Booking.com or in the WhatsApp message. Mentioning that the hotel is located right beside the VATAN Hotel would make it much easier for guests to find.

喜欢 The breakfast here was amazing. Local dishes, excellent coffee, copious and absolutely delicious. My room was very comfortable and the reception staff friendly and very helpful. The location couldn't be better, in the centre of town. They even offer a complimentary pick up from the airport which was especially welcome, as I arrived in the early hours of the morning.
