Très bonne adresse au coeur de Dushanbe

   Anne-marie · France · 2026年9月2日

喜欢 Location Excellent location in the city center, less than a 10-minute walk from Rudaki Park. The hotel is set back from the boulevard, so it's absolutely quiet, even during the day. Good public transport access. Numerous amenities nearby. Room Spacious rooms. Most are very bright and sunny all day long. Well-maintained. Clean. Good layout. Working air conditioning. Refrigerator, kettle, and plates/cups/cutlery provided in the room. Spacious, clean bathroom with hot water. All toiletries are provided. Breakfast Served in a large dining room on the ground floor. A plate of sausage, cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes + a different side dish each day + yogurt + a cold drink + a hot drink. Enough to start your day feeling satisfied. Notes - Comfortable bedding; - Wi-Fi stability depends on the room's location; - Welcoming, responsive, and very helpful staff. - A minor drawback is the laundry price: $1 per item of clothing (excluding underwear and socks); but it can still be useful. - No elevator, but ground-floor rooms are available for those with reduced mobility. A very good value for money.

Great staff and comfortable beds, but the property needs renovation

   Behrouz · Sweden · 2026年6月28日

喜欢 The staff were absolutely amazing — friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was decent and satisfying, and the beds were comfortable, making for a good night’s sleep.

不喜欢 The facilities are in serious need of a full renovation, particularly the bathrooms, which felt quite dated and worn. That said, the staff themselves mentioned they have renovation plans in the pipeline, so there’s hope for improvement.

   Nice Hotel at prime location

   Mathan · India · 2026年6月11日

喜欢 The staffs were very helpful and supportive. Rooms are clean and very spacious, check in/out was smooth.. only thing is there is no lift in this property, make sure to get lower levels if you have too many heavy luggages. Location is very good, so many shops, restaurants and many toutist attractions in walkable distance
