Top apartment for long and short stays

   Meghdad · Germany · 2025

We liked the Opportunities of the apartment , its location, fully furnished, cleanliness, tidyness, hospitality. Top apartment. Much better than hotel rooms, for the same or higher price

We had a wonderful 10-day stay in Dushanbe, and honestly, this apartment made our trip even more special. The location is just perfect - super central and well-connected. Within a few minutes of walking, we found ourselves in Rudaki Park and other cultural spots around the city. The building has an elevator, which made moving our luggage in and out smooth and easy. That was a small detail, but such a relief after a long journey. The apartment itself? Modern, stylish, and full of character. The city view from the window is something you’ll actually pause to enjoy. If you’re staying for more than just a couple of nights, this place is hands-down a better choice than any hotel. And like most Tajiks, the host was genuinely kind and welcoming.

Amazing apartment, great location, friendly and helpful host

   Shuhrat · United States · 2024

Suhrobsho was friendly and hospitable and came in at 2am to meet me and ensure the check-in was smooth. The apartment is very well furnished, everything was new and clean. Its located in the center of Dushanbe, a few minutes walk from dompechat and the opera house.

Would recommend this property for a long or short stay in Dushanbe.

   Norman · Ireland · 2023

The property is exceptionally well equipped-it is a new apartment and all of the fittings and furnishings are new as well. It is very tastefully decorated and everything that you would need is in the apartment. The owner is extremely helpful and made my stay very comfortable. The location is central and close to all amenities. I would certainly stay here again

Potentially great place once construction is done.

   Henk · United Kingdom · 2023

Very nice apartment in good location. Well designed, mostly.

There’s a big kitchen but no place to actually eat, apart from the bar. No curtains. There was construction going on in the flat above with very (!) heavy drilling and hammering the entire day. We had planned to be at home and rest before a long trek and drive but it was impossible to be in the apartment. As long as such construction is going on the apartment should not be rented out. The entrance and lift were quite run down and dirty.

   Bad

   Karina · Switzerland · 2026

There was unfortunately nothing to like about this experience. The host never showed up for the key pick-up and was already 30 minutes late at the agreed time. When I called to ask for clarification, he spoke to me in a very rude and aggressive manner. I eventually had to contact Booking.com for assistance. I would strongly recommend booking elsewhere to avoid unnecessary stress. Communication was also done via WhatsApp rather than through the Booking.com platform, which felt unprofessional and inappropriate.
