Good location. Clean and good hotel, which looked like 5 stars. Food and staff did not live up to it.

喜欢 Location. Hotel and room very clean and good.

不喜欢 The food was bad and not what the menu promised. For example a 300g filet mignon medium rare was 150g piece of meat well done. That just an example. The staff skills in english made it very hard / totally impossible to communicate. I ordered a water and a beer in the restaurant and after I asked twice after them I got two different wrong beers after over 30 minutes had gone and the guy who brought them got mad at me. This also just an example. He also yelled at me when I under his supervision came to take my Mid-Asian Ibex meat from the kitchen freezer - which in fact should have been in the fridge. The specific guy was all in all impossible to deal with and genuinly without filter, maybe the dumbest person I ever met in my life. Can't help but say this. I dealt with him several times and the experience was very intense.

   Nice stay in Dushanbe

   Diana · Russia · 2026年8月2日

喜欢 Spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is here. Room service is fast, the laundry service is quick and efficient, and the sauna is a great bonus for relaxing after a busy day.

不喜欢 Our room was facing the street, and it was very noisy, even on the 7th floor and even late at night.

A Wonderful Home Away from Home Experience

   Siyavash · Oman · 2026年3月28日

喜欢 From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel welcome. The reception team was always polite, professional, and very helpful whenever we had questions. They gladly assisted us with arranging taxis, giving directions, and helping with anything we needed during our stay. We were also very impressed by the housekeeping staff. They kept the room exceptionally clean every day, with great attention to detail. The beds were always perfectly made, the linens and towels were fresh and spotless, and even our clothes were neatly folded when the room was serviced. It was clear that they take real pride in their work . The hotel facilities were also excellent. Everything felt new, modern, and very well maintained. The pool area is large and beautiful, the jacuzzi is spacious, and the spa facilities are fantastic. There is both a wet and dry sauna, and the changing rooms are large, comfortable, and well designed. What truly made the experience memorable, however, was the people. The staff created such a welcoming atmosphere that it genuinely felt like a home away from home.

不喜欢 One small downside is that the hotel’s location is not very close to major attractions, parks, or many restaurants within walking distance. However, this was not a big issue for us because taxis in the area are very affordable, and the reception staff were always happy to quickly arrange one for us whenever we needed to go somewhere.
